Overview
The ZJ series Roots vacuum pump is a rotary variable-volume vacuum pump that requires an impeller pump for operation. It offers a high pumping speed across a wide pressure range and is insensitive to dust and water vapor in the pumped gas. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, food, and electronic coating.
Performance and Specifications

Note:
1. The exhaust rate refers to the vacuum pumping speed measured at the inlet pressure of the Roots vacuum pump within the range of 6650 Pa to 26 Pa, under the condition of using the recommended preliminary pump.
2. Ultimate pressure refers to the lowest stable partial pressure of air measured at the pump inlet using a vacuum gauge, after sufficient evacuation, under the conditions of using the recommended preliminary pump, without any additional containers and with the pump outlet sealed to prevent air intake.
3. The specifications in the table are all obtained under the condition of using the recommended primary pump. Users can choose different primary vacuum pumps based on different situations, but their main performance indicators may vary.
4. Weight refers to the total weight when matching the Y series motor.
