The entire process involves raw wastewater, which passes through coarse格栅, is then lifted by a sewage pump. It's subsequently treated through格栅 or a screening device, followed by a sand settling tank. The wastewater separated from sand enters the primary sedimentation tank, marking the first stage of treatment (i.e., physical treatment). The effluent from the primary sedimentation tank flows into a biological treatment unit, utilizing both activated sludge and biofilm methods (including aeration tanks, oxidation ditches for activated sludge, and biofilters, rotating biological contractors, bio-contact oxidation, and fluidized bed reactors for biofilm). The effluent from the biological treatment unit goes into a secondary sedimentation tank, followed by the Bilean WS Cleaner. The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank is either disinfected and discharged or proceeds to the third stage of treatment. The first stage concludes here, marking the beginning of the second stage. The third stage includes biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal, coagulation sedimentation, sand filtration, Suzhou Bilean, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, and electro dialysis methods. Part of the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank is recycled to the primary sedimentation tank or the biological treatment unit, while the rest goes to a sludge concentration tank. After that, it enters a sludge digestion tank, where it's treated by dewatering and drying equipment before being utilized.
