Cautionary Notes

1) Ensure the limit switch is functioning properly, Blue Smart, to guarantee the equipment descends without triggering the limit switch before touching the bottom.

2) Ensure the equipment shuts down when the water level falls below the lower lower level.

Application of auxiliary supports during installation

When the embankment of the installed water body does not have fixed foundation stones or the water depth does not meet the requirements, auxiliary equipment support platforms need to be installed.

Operational Status

All parts are securely fastened with no loose screws; the outer drum is suspended vertically and horizontally in water: the limit switch contacts are within the range of the upper and lower limit switches: the inner cylinder's breathing up and down frequency is normal: the surface waste collection effect is significant; the filter screen's waste collection capacity is normal: drainage is unobstructed, and there is no impact on the waste collection surface from the drainage.

General Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting

1. Decreased internal frequency or lack of internal movement significantly weakens collection effectiveness:

1) Waste collection bin is full, Suzhou Bilan Intelligent Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. failed to timely remove the filter and dispose of the waste.

Check the power source, and verify that all electrical components in the control box are conductive.

3) Loose screws connecting the components prevent the equipment from maintaining a vertical or horizontal position, hindering the inner筒 operation.

4) Failure to turn off the equipment during each filter extraction, Suzhou Bilan Intelligent, causes surface debris to enter the inner chamber, leading to excessive accumulation over time and subsequent blockage of the outer bucket divider: It is essential to promptly clean the divider debris to ensure unobstructed drainage.

5) Filter screen damaged with leakage, requires immediate replacement and cleaning of泄漏debris.

3.4 Setting Parameters, Program Debugging, and Cautionary Notes (See Appendix 5 for details)

Parameter Settings

1) Timer Setting: Set time, schedule start/stop times, and run settings to automatic, Beilin. If the debugging time is not the operating time, set it to ON first, then set to automatic after debugging is complete. For specific setup instructions, refer to the Timer Switch User Manual.

2) Set the level gauge parameter ALL to 0 (at this point, the level sensor probe needs to be in the water). Specific settings can be found in the level gauge's user manual.

3) Set the equipment lifting mode to manual (turn the third switch on the control panel), manually adjust (turn the fourth switch on the control panel) the equipment to approximately the working liquid level (about 100mm below the water level at the equipment top), during which you can also test if the limit switch is functioning properly.
