Overview
The transformer structure is divided into six parts: the transformer body, high-pressure chamber, low-pressure chamber, testing room, switch operation room, and fuse room, which can be arranged in a "〓" shape or a "品" shape.
◆The high-voltage side is protected by a terminal-type load switch and a fuse, with the fuse being a full-range current-limiting type. The negative switch and the new fuse are installed inside the transformer oil tank, utilizing the transformer's insulating oil as both an insulating and a cooling medium. The overall design features a compact structure and good heat dissipation performance. The high-voltage side outgoing lines are supported by high-voltage dry-type bushings and copper busbar structure, allowing for easy connection of multiple electrical conductors. The low-voltage side outgoing lines can be directly connected or configured according to customer requirements. The transformer cabinet door is equipped with windproof hinges, with all doors opening outward at an angle of not less than 90°, and featuring positioning devices. Each door is sealed with a door seal strip, providing shock absorption and equipped with handles. The latches are designed to prevent rain, blockage, rust, and damage.
The case features a sealed anti-theft structure, utilizing concealed high-tension bolts and oil-resistant nitrile rubber gaskets to seal the lid. The entire case is free of exposed, removable bolts.
◆The cabinet is made of stainless steel plate and coated with imported automotive paint, employing full painting method for salt fog resistance, moisture resistance, antibacterial protection, and strong outdoor weather resistance. The photovoltaic power generation station is located in an area with low temperatures, large temperature differences, high humidity, and frequent sandstorms. The transformer cabinet features a reasonable protective structure, dustproof design, and low-temperature resistance, ensuring normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
