CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet tube magnetic separators are suitable for wet processing of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or removing mixed strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flushed out. The strongly magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Current Slot (CTS), the Counter-Current Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Troughing is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-inverse channel is suitable for coarse separation and concentration of ores with particle sizes of 0.5-0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes of 0.15-0mm.
