This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it and are carried out of the magnetic field, where they are flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely the downstream slot (CTS), the upstream slot (CTN), and the semi-upstream slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Gravity chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial coal washing process.The semi-upflow slot is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
