CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet tube-type magnetic separators are suitable for wet processing of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic zone, the strong magnetic minerals are adhered to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flushed out. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder, are carried out of the magnetic field, and are washed into the concentrate tank with flushing water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Tailing Slot (CTS), the Counter Tailing Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Tailing Slot (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as for industrial heavy medium recovery in the coal washing industry.The semi-upstream channel is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
