5. We are responsible for arranging transportation and insurance of the goods, and assume all risks regarding quality and safety during the transportation process.

6. We welcome the appointment of a quality inspector from your side to our factory for supervision and pre-shipment inspection, and are willing to provide all necessary conveniences for the inspector in terms of work and living.

7. After the goods are installed, we will send personnel to participate in the debugging and promptly resolve any issues that arise. At any time during the contract execution, for any inspections, tests, re-tests, repairs, or replacements required due to our responsibility, we will bear all costs for repairs, replacements, and re-tests. The selection of the goods should meet the requirements of safety, reliability, economic operation, and ease of maintenance.

8. During the execution of the goods contract, if the goods are defective, technical documents are incorrect, or due to the error of our technical guidance personnel, resulting in the need for rework or scrapping of the goods, we will immediately provide free replacements and bear all costs associated with replacing the goods at the installation site.
