3. In the event of an accident caused by the inherent quality of the product, we will bear all economic losses resulting from it.
4. Our company strictly fulfills the obligations of the seller, ensuring quality and quantity compliance, and guaranteeing the fulfillment of the contract. We adhere to all terms of the contract, honor our commitments, and rigorously enforce any agreements negotiated between both parties, agreeing that such agreements shall be legally binding along with the contract terms.
After-Sales Service Commitment
1. The products we supply to you are guaranteed to be brand new, with advanced and mature, reliable technology.
2. We are willing to send qualified and competent technical personnel to the installation site of the contracted goods to train your staff. We will provide guidance, installation, debugging, assist with startup debugging, and trial operation, and be responsible for resolving manufacturing defects found during installation, debugging, and trial operation. 3. Should there be any requirements for technical services, we can provide them in writing via facsimile after consultation with you. To accommodate on-site needs, you have the right to propose changes and modifications, which we will give due consideration to and strive to meet your requirements.
4. Upon expiration of the limited term of the contract, if you request, we will supply you with the necessary spare parts for the repair and maintenance of the contracted goods at a discounted price, and provide you with all relevant technical data for the improvement of the contracted goods free of charge.
5. We are responsible for arranging shipment and insurance, and undertake all risks and liabilities regarding quality and safety during the transportation of goods.
6. We welcome the appointment of your inspection representative to our factory for supervision and pre-shipment inspection, and are willing to provide all necessary conveniences for their work and living.
7. After the goods are installed, we will send personnel to participate in the debugging and address any issues promptly. At any time during the contract execution, for any inspections, tests, re-tests, repairs, or replacements required due to our responsibility, we will bear all costs for repairs, replacements, and re-tests. The selection of the goods should meet the requirements of safety, reliable operation, and ease of maintenance.
8. During the execution of the goods contract, should the project require rework or scrapping of the goods due to defects in our goods, errors in technical documentation, or due to the mistake of our technical guidance personnel, we will immediately provide free replacements and bear all costs associated with the replacement at the installation site.
