Product Description:
ADSS optical cable features a loose-tube stranded structure. The fibers are inserted into loose tubes made of high-modulus polyester material, which are then filled with a waterproof compound. The loose tubes (and filling yarn) are stranded around a non-metallic center reinforcing core (FRP) to form a compact cable core. The gaps within the cable core are filled with a water-blocking grease. The cable core is then extruded with a polyethylene (PE) inner sheath, followed by a double-stranded lay of aramid for reinforcement. Finally, a polyethylene (PE) outer sheath or an anti-corrosion (AT) sheath is extruded.
Product Features:
ADSS optical cables are designed with the actual conditions of power lines in mind, suitable for various levels of high-voltage transmission lines. For 10kV and 35kV power lines, a polyethylene (PE) sheath can be used; for 110kV and 220kV power lines, the cable suspension points must be determined through calculating the electric field intensity distribution, and a corrosion-resistant (AT) outer sheath must be employed. Additionally, the amount of aramid fiber and the perfect twisting process are meticulously designed to meet the application requirements of different spans.

4、Upon expiration of the limited term of the contract, upon your request, we will supply you with the necessary spare parts for the repair and maintenance of the contracted goods at a discounted price, and provide you with all relevant technical documents for improving the contracted goods free of charge.
5、We are responsible for arranging transportation and insurance of the goods, and undertake all risks and liabilities related to quality and safety during the transportation process.
6、We welcome your appointment of a supervision representative to our factory for supervision and pre-shipment inspection, and are willing to provide all necessary conveniences for their work and living.
7、Upon completion of the goods installation, our team will attend the debugging and promptly resolve any issues. At any time during the contract execution, for any inspections, tests, re-tests, repairs, or replacements required due to our responsibility, we will bear all costs for repairs, replacements, and repeat tests. The selection of the goods should meet the requirements of safety, reliable operation, and ease of maintenance.
8、During the execution of the goods contract, should the project be required to be redone or the goods be scrapped due to defects in our goods, errors in technical documents, or due to mistakes by our technical personnel, we will immediately provide free replacements and bear all costs incurred for replacing the goods at the installation site.
