The working principle of the hot air circulation oven: The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven uses a fan to circulate air evenly. The wind source is driven by a circulating fan motor (with a non-contact switch) to rotate the impeller through the heater, sending out hot air. This air then travels through the duct to the interior of the oven, where it is recirculated as the wind source after being used. This ensures uniformity of the room temperature. When the temperature fluctuates due to the opening and closing of the door, the air circulation system quickly returns to operational status until it reaches the set temperature value.
