Product Overview

GBC-40.5 is a mobile type high-voltage switchgear system for a three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar indoor distribution system. It is used for receiving and distributing network power of 35kV and below, and options include less-oil circuit breakers or vacuum circuit breakers. The product complies with the requirements of GB3906 "3~35kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear", GB/T1022 "Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", IEC60298 "AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment above 1kV rated voltage and up to 52kV", and IEC60694 "Common Clauses for High-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment".

Normal operating conditions

1. Surrounding air temperature not exceeding 40°C, with the average value measured within 24 hours not exceeding 35°C, surrounding air temperatureNot exceeding-25°C。

2. Altitude not exceeding 1000m; under special conditions, altitude not to exceed 2000m.

3. Surrounding air is not significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive or combustible gases, vapors, or salt雾.

4. Relative Humidity: The average relative humidity measured within 24 hours does not exceed 95%, the average vapor pressure measured within 24 hours does not exceed 2.2 kPa, the average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%, and the average monthly vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8 kPa.

5. The tilt of the equipment during installation should not exceed 5° from the vertical plane.

6. Equipment should be installed in areas free of severe vibration and impact.
