[Product Introduction]:
White fused alumina and its micro powder are made from high-quality aluminum oxide powder, processed through electrical melting and crystallization. They feature high purity, excellent self-sharpening, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and stable thermal properties. Their hardness is slightly higher than that of brown fused alumina, with lower toughness. They have high purity, good self-sharpening, strong grinding ability, low heat generation, high efficiency, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, along with good high-temperature thermal stability. These materials are suitable for making abrasive tools, ideal for grinding high-carbon copper, high-speed steel, and other materials. White fused alumina micro powder has a wide range of applications, including the aesthetic finishing of polystyrene or acrylic art pieces, sandblasting in television screen manufacturing processes, refractory materials, and additives for other ceramics.
Product Advantages
1. Does not affect the color of the processed parts.
2. Suitable for sandblasting processes where iron powder residue is strictly prohibited.
3. Micro-fine grade is highly suitable for wet sandblasting and polishing operations.
4. Fast processing speed and high quality.
5. The low iron oxide content is suitable for sandblasting operations that strictly prohibit iron residue.
6. Subject to pickling process for impurity removal.
Application Range:
Abrasive tools: Mainly used for sandblasting, grinding, polishing, cutting blades, grinding wheels, bonded abrasives, coated abrasives, etc.
Fired Materials: Precision casting, refractory bricks, castables, etc.
