It is a gray-black crystalline material primarily composed of α-Al2O3 and magnetite, obtained by melting bauxite in an electric arc furnace. Characterized by a lower Al2O3 content and the presence of a certain amount of Fe2O3 (about 10%), it boasts moderate hardness, high toughness, high-temperature resistance, and stable thermal properties. Our black corundum abrasive has a concentrated particle size, strong cutting power, high toughness, a balance of hardness and flexibility, excellent wear resistance, and high efficiency. It is a standard product for grinding, polishing, and sandblasting stainless steel products.

Application Range of Black Corundum:
