Microcrystalline Corundum Application Range:
High hardness, low price, suitable for grinding stainless steel, carbon steel, spheroidal cast iron, etc. Suitable for forming grinding, cutting grinding, fine grinding, and heavy-duty grinding.
Microcrystalline Corundum Product Introduction:
Microcrystalline Alumina is another new abrasive grade that our company has developed and produced this year to cater to the domestic and international markets. It is a derivative of Brown Alumina, with similar appearance and chemical composition. Microcrystalline Alumina is obtained by altering the cooling and crystallization method of Alumina. The abrasive mainly comes in two types: F-grit and P-grit, characterized by small crystal sizes (50-280um), microfine crystalline aggregates, good toughness, high strength, and excellent self-sharpening properties.

Micronized Alumina Application Range:
1. Grinding 2. Sandpaper, grinding wheel
Microcrystalline Alumina Applications:
It boasts high strength and excellent toughness. Suitable for heavy-duty grinding, it can grind materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, bearing steel, and special spheroidal graphite cast iron. Due to the abrasive particles being in a micro-edge fractured state during grinding, it is also used for even mirror finishing.
