Metal materials include 304, 316, 316L, carbon steel, 201, 410, etc. Plastic materials include PP, RPP, CPVC, PVDF, PVC, PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc. Plastic Bauer ring packings typically come in three shapes: Chinese character, letter, and plus sign, along with other special-shaped Bauer rings. The wall-hole design of Bauer rings significantly improves the gas and liquid distribution performance compared to Raschig rings, particularly maximizing the utilization of the inner surface area of the rings.

●General metal and ceramic packings are not resistant to alkaline corrosion, leading to phenomena such as spalling and powdering, causing debris blockages that impair the separation efficiency of tower equipment and necessitate frequent replacements. ● CPVC Bower ring packing offers advantages such as high throughput, low resistance, high separation efficiency, and great operational flexibility. Under the same pressure drop, the processing capacity can be up to 50% greater than that of Raschig rings.


Purpose of Baume Ring Filler:
Shandong Chlor-Alkali Project CPVC Pall Ring Filler, DN50, Chlorine-Resistant Material Plastic Pall Ring, is particularly suitable for distillation, absorption, and washing towers in the oil, chemical, chlor-alkali, coal gas, and environmental protection industries at medium and low temperatures (60-150°C). It is also used in carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, and other reaction towers as contact filler. Ceramic Pall Ring Filler is suitable for acid mist purification towers in carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, and other reaction towers as contact filler.
Metal Bellows Filler Application: Suitable for vacuum rectification towers, handling heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, prone to polymerization, and carbon deposition materials.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride): Rigid thermoplastic with moderate usage temperature; resistant to alkalis, acids, salt solvents, oil, fats, diesel; temperature resistance ≈ 60°C, density 1,38 g/cm³, color: transparent white.
CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride): Resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, oxidizers, etc., density 1.55 g/cm³, gray in color.
