Taylor Wreath Introduction
Taylor Spiral Packing, introduced by Teller A. J. of the United States in 1954, is commonly known as Taylor Spiral in China. It consists of a large, flattened sphere made up of 12 small circular rings arranged radially, resembling a spherical shape formed by joining the ends of a helical spring. It is now a serialized product with three models. The main characteristics of this packing are its high porosity, resistance to clogging, high throughput, and low resistance. Due to the high liquid holding capacity at the gaps, it extends the liquid residence time within the tower, thereby increasing the contact time between gas and liquid, enhancing efficiency.

Users can select different materials such as polypropylene (PP) Taylor rings, RPP (glass-reinforced polypropylene) Taylor rings, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Taylor rings, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) Taylor rings, and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) Taylor rings, based on the operating conditions inside the tower (such as temperature, pressure, medium, etc.).
