Product Overview
Hackaiden packing (Tri-Parks translation: Tri-Pak) is a novel packing product developed by the German Raschig Group (now part of the American PMC Global Corporation) in 1987. German patent name: Hackectten (translation: Haskeiden, Hackaiden), also known domestically as reinforced multifaceted spheres, double planet packing, and environmental-friendly ball packing, etc. This product is not only suitable for general gas absorption and air purification but also can be used as filling material for dehumidifiers.

Product Structure
The structural characteristics of the 95mm model plastic eco-friendly ball, made of PP polypropylene with Hakeiden filler, include having any large surface on the filler body. It is an empty spherical shape composed of many interconnected格栅-shaped branches, and it incorporates a dripping rod structure within the sphere. The structural design of this filler is based on the concept that not only fillers with large solid surfaces possess excellent efficiency, as a filler with a large solid surface can result in significant pressure drop and is prone to clogging, while the mass transfer process between gas and liquid occurs only at the edges of these surfaces. At the bottom of numerous surfaces, it is often dry, where the gas can only come into contact with the dry surface; at the top, though wet, the gas passes through, making the edges crucial for mass transfer. Therefore, the structure of this filler is not composed of large surfaces but rather interconnected格栅-shaped branches, providing numerous edges for the flowing and gathering of dripping liquids. Not only does this enable the filler surface to be well-wetted, but it also forms many droplets of liquid, promoting the renewal of the liquid surface and facilitating mass transfer between the gas and liquid phases.
