The slot disk gas-liquid distributor has four major technical keys: leakage, levelness, thermal deformation, and liquid flow network. Detachable slot disks are more prone to leakage than welded slot disks, and the on-site leakage test requires that local seepage is acceptable, while dripping is unacceptable. For detachable slot disks, due to the thin bottom plate, even with tightly spaced bolts, it's difficult to ensure no dripping, so segmented flanges should be used to enhance sealing. To ensure the levelness of the spray holes in the slot disk gas-liquid distributor is ≤3mm, in addition to ensuring the deflection of the main beam and the levelness of the support ring, a regulating plate should be set on the upper surface of the main beam. For large quantities of slot disk gas-liquid distributors (or oil collection tanks), a meticulously designed liquid flow network consisting of extraction troughs, main channels, branch channels, and primary channels is necessary to ensure high output.
