Blow-down Tower Plate Advantages: The plastic round dome tower plates with CPVC material, resistant to chlorine gas, operate stably. The riser pipes prevent severe leakage even at low gas velocities, hence offering great flexibility. Disadvantages: The structure is complex, expensive, with high tower plate pressure drop and low production intensity. 2. Floating Valve Tower Plate: Advantages: Simple structure, low cost, high production capacity, large operational flexibility, and high tower plate efficiency. Disadvantages: When handling materials that are prone to coking and high viscosity, the valve plates may stick to the tower plate. During operation, valve plates may occasionally fall off or jam, reducing tower plate efficiency and flexibility. 3. Sieve Plate Tower Plate: The cost of sieve plate towers is almost the lowest among tower plates, with a simple structure, easy operation, low pressure drop, high throughput, high efficiency, mature design methods, and easy installation and maintenance. Especially the guide sieve plates, which have even lower pressure drop and higher efficiency, offer a certain degree of flexibility and have been widely used in recent years.

Plastic Round Bubble Cap Tray - The CPVC material bubble cap trays with resistance to chlorine gas are widely used in distillation, extraction, pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical, and refining equipment, such as phenol-cyclohexanol distillation, urea high-pressure separation tower, and CO2 absorption tower. Initially, due to a lack of understanding of sieve tray tower performance and insufficient operating experience, it was believed that sieve tray trays were prone to leakage, had limited operating flexibility, and were easy to clog, thus limiting their application. However, after research and operational use, it was found that with reasonable design and proper operation, sieve tray towers can still meet production requirements for flexibility and have high efficiency. Increasing the sieve hole size can also resolve the clogging issue. Currently, it has developed into a widely used tower type. From the perspective of overflow methods of the tray, they can be divided into single overflow and double overflow types. Among them, single overflow has middle and side overflow variations. Generally, trays with a diameter of Φ800~2000mm can be used for single overflow, while those with a diameter of Φ2000mm or more can use double overflow trays. The structural design of the bubble cap tray ensures that the trays basically have no leakage, can maintain almost constant tray efficiency even with significant fluctuations in gas and liquid, are not prone to clogging, have greater operating flexibility, and are selected when there is a requirement for no leakage of the trays or very low liquid phase load.

Design and manufacturing in accordance with: JB/T1205 "Technical Conditions for Tower Trays"
JB/T212 "Round Bubble Cap"
SH3088 "Petroleum & Chemical Tower Tray Design Specification"
2. Manufacturing tolerances: GB/T1804 "General tolerances - Tolerances for linear and angular dimensions without specified tolerances"

3. Plastic Round Bubble Cap Tray - CPVC Material Bubble Cap Tray with Chlorine Resistance, Packaging and Transportation as per JB2536 "Painting, Packaging, and Transportation of Pressure Vessels." The structural feature of the bubble cap tray is the bubble with an ascending gas pipe installed on the tray; it separates the gas phase from the liquid phase, and the liquid layer height on the tray is not supported by the gas flow. Therefore, during operation, it does not have severe leakage issues like some trays, and can maintain stable operation over a wide range of gas-liquid load variations. Additionally, due to the deeper liquid layer height on the tray, it allows for a longer period of close contact between gas and liquid, enhancing the tray's efficiency. Its advantages include: high tray efficiency; large operational flexibility, maintaining high efficiency over a wide load range; high production capacity; wide liquid-gas ratio range; suitable for various media and not prone to clogging; easy to operate, stable, and reliable; also known as screen tray or mesh tray.
