2 Due to quality issues with the products supplied by Party B, any losses incurred by Party A shall be compensated by Party B.
Upon product arrival, the manufacturer should dispatch unboxing personnel to the site promptly to assist with unboxing. At the start of installation, the manufacturer should send a technician to the site to provide free guidance on the installation process until completion.
If a problem arises within the product's warranty period, the manufacturer will respond within 1 working day upon receiving notification from Party A and arrive on-site within 2 working days to address the issue.
