Due to the interconnected branch-like rods, it provides many flow convergence and divergence edges for the downward flowing liquid, allowing the filler surface to be well-wetted and forming many droplets to promote surface renewal of the liquid, which is beneficial for mass transfer between gas and liquid phases. Suitable for gas absorption towers, waste gas towers, purification towers, and also for dehumidifiers.
