Currently, the liquid phase distribution in Pall Rings is extremely uniform, with a processing capacity 50% higher than that of Raschig Rings. Pall Rings feature high flux, low resistance, high separation efficiency, and flexible operation. The processing speed of Raschig Rings can exceed 50% under the same pressure. In terms of the same capacity, the reduction can be halved, and the mass transfer efficiency improved by 20%. Compared to Raschig Rings, Pall Rings have higher production capacity, stronger resistance, and more flexible operation. Generally, the pressure reduction for Raschig Rings can be up to 50% to 100%; with the same treatment process, the pressure reduction for Raschig Rings is less than 50% to 50%. The use of Pall Ring filler can reduce pressure by about 20% compared to Raschig Ring filler.
