I. Product Introduction
Four-fluoride Liquid Distributor: The coiled PTFE four-fluoride distributor is an extremely critical internal component in packed towers. Distributors come in various types, and the selection is primarily based on factors such as distribution quality, operational flexibility, processing capacity, gas resistance, and levelness, among others. Today, I'm sharing images of the four-fluoride coiled liquid distributors customized for our clients.


II. Product Physical and Chemical Properties and Material Introduction
1) High-Temperature Resistance: The PTFE tube distributor operates at a working temperature up to 250°C.
2) Four-Fluoride Liquid Distributor: The coil-type PTFE four-fluoride distributor is resistant to low temperatures and corrosion; it has excellent mechanical toughness; it can maintain a 5% elongation even when the temperature drops to -196°C. It exhibits inertness and resistance to strong acids and alkalis for most chemicals and solvents.

Section 3: Product Positioning and Installation
Our company's PTFE liquid distributor, the coiled tube PTFE distributor's positioning and installation: As the pipeline distributor is used in conjunction with a structured packing tower, it is placed on the fixed grid plate of the structured packing bed with a pressure plate.
Or use clips for fixation. Due to the non-uniform geometric distribution of the small holes on the distributor, the relative positions of the distributor's liquid distribution pipes, the bed fixed grid plate, and the corrugated sheets of the filling material below it need to be arranged reasonably.
Tighten each packing piece on the fixed plate to prevent loosening and ensure uniform distribution of the liquid through the distribution pipes. This must be considered simultaneously during design. Generally, the distribution pipes are installed vertically with the packing pieces.
Sometimes, a 45-degree rotation is more reasonable. The distance from the liquid tube to the top of the packing material, depending on the specific situation, is generally around 50mm.

Four, Advantages of the PTFE Liquid Distributor with Coiled Tubing Design: -
(1)All chemical industries with strong corrosive processes, such as strong acids and bases that require gas reactions inside reactors (tanks, pits), are suitable for using this product.
(2) For example, with a capacity of 2000 liters per sign, each process can save 40-100Kg of chlorine gas. The production time can be shortened from the original 1 hour to 6-18 hours now, increasing the output of the process per week.
(3) During use, the gas distribution is even and stable, reducing noise and the vibration of the kettle, which can effectively extend the service life of the reaction kettle.
(4) Increase gas utilization, reduce harmful gas leakage, minimize by-products, enhance added value, and improve working conditions, which is beneficial to the health of workers.
