Stainless steel ant sculpture symbolizing unity and mutual assistance: representing the spirit of teamwork and extraordinary survival strategies. Possesses macro design and control capabilities to build its empire, with clear division of labor and each ant fulfilling its role. In the ant society, every ant is loyal, and when the group "fights," they coalesce together.
Stainless steel ant sculpture symbolizing intelligence and wisdom: the wisdom of ants is boundless.

Production Process
3D Modeling
After production is confirmed, review the 3D product modeling to check if any design adjustments are needed. This can directly display the final product's proportions and aesthetics. Communicate with the client after the initial model is created to discuss any necessary modifications, and continue refining until the client is satisfied.
2. Print 3D Prototypes
Upon confirmation of the 3D modeling effect, a 3D prototype will be printed to show the client the actual product in a smaller scale. Subsequently, a 1:1 foam model will be produced, during which the foam modeler will number and forge the product sections on the foam by hammering stainless steel.
3. Stainless Steel Material Forging
Place the stainless steel plate onto the mold, strike it on the spot, and remove the material according to the varying shapes of the mold parts. Strike it intentionally with the rise and fall. Bend it, striking as you go, and you can strike any solid, tangible object. Then, place the struck stainless steel plate onto the mold for comparison. If the shape is deemed correct, it should close completely with the model. Next, weld the finished stainless steel plate from top to bottom, ensuring each connected plate is adjusted against the mold, forging as it forms. Forging points can also be done before cutting the material. When forging the points, use the round end of the hammer head to forge in a uniform, regular line, with equal width, spacing, and force.
Welding Molding:
Welding, grinding, and painting. After the forging shape is corrected, welding is performed according to the job requirements (both electric and argon arc welding). After welding and grinding, the flatness and smoothness of the焊接 joints need to be adjusted, and the surface must be smooth before proceeding to the next work process.
5. Surface Painting/Polishing:
Stainless steel polishing first involves smoothing the weld and parts with an abrasive wheel, followed by polishing with a soft abrasive wheel (cloth wheel). During polishing, apply polishing compound to enhance lubrication, resulting in a brighter finish and an aesthetically pleasing visual. Then, as per requirements, paint or proceed to the polishing process, and conduct a visual inspection for defects such as leaky welds, insufficient welding, uneven weld point depth, excessive deviation from the seam, local dents, uneven joints, deep scratches, abrasions, or severe deformation that cannot be corrected during this process. If any of these defects are present, the item should be returned to the previous process stage. If no defects are found, proceed with the polishing operation. Polishing and finishing of stainless steel sculptures requires three steps: coarse grinding, semi-fine grinding, and fine grinding.
6. After-Sales Installation
Generally, it is welded for durability, meaning the framework of the sculpture itself is welded to the embedded iron on the base, and structural steel bars are welded below the embedded iron, with the length of the steel bars and the size of the embedded iron determined based on the sculpture's dimensions. For aesthetic purposes, after the sculpture design is completed, the base is then covered with marble or grass in the ground.
