Product IntroductionPRODUCT INTRODUCTION
DeerAs a symbol of good fortune, deer have always been a primary material for sculptures. We can find deer sculptures in many places, and there are various materials used to create them, such as fiberglass, stainless steel, cast copper, and so on. Compared to fiberglass and cast copper, stainless steel is sturdier than fiberglass and more affordable than cast copper. Moreover, stainless steel deer sculptures have a more fashionable and modern appearance, making them a great choice. There are also numerous color effects achievable with stainless steel deer sculptures, including solid color, mirror finish, and brushed finish, which offer a wider range of colors than cast copper, avoiding monotony.

Another significant aesthetic of abstract sculptures lies in their vitality. In the expression of abstract sculptures, they draw abundant inspiration from natural phenomena and human figures, allowing the audience to transcend the original physical forms through simple abstraction. This necessitates sculptors to skillfully employ the expressive methods of abstract forms, actively fostering emotional communication between the sculptures and the general audience, thereby bringing the sculptures "out of the museum" and integrating them into public spaces for wider appreciation.

Manufacturing ProcessProduction Process
3D Modeling
Once production is confirmed, review the 3D product modeling to assess the overall appearance and determine if any modifications are needed. This will directly showcase the finished product's proportions and style. Communicate with the client immediately after the initial modeling to discuss any required changes, and continue modifying until the client is satisfied.
Print 3D Prototypes
Upon confirmation of the 3D modeling effects, a 3D prototype will be printed to show the client the actual product in a smaller scale. Subsequently, a 1:1 foam model will be produced, and the foam modeler will forge and hammer stainless steel to number and block the product on the foam.
3. Stainless Steel Material Forging
Position the stainless steel plate on the mold, then strike it on the spot. Unload according to the different shapes of each part of the mold, and strike consciously according to its undulations. Bend it while striking, and you can strike any tangible, sturdy object. Then, compare the struck stainless steel plate with the mold; if the shape is correct, it can close completely with the model. Next, weld the struck stainless steel plate from top to bottom, ensuring each connected plate is adjusted against the mold and must be forged while forming. Forging points can also be done before cutting. When forging, use the round end of the hammer head to forge in a uniform, orderly row, with equal width, spacing, and force.
4. Welding Forming:
Welding, grinding, and painting. Once the forging shape is correct, welding is performed according to the job requirements (either with electric or argon arc welding). After welding and grinding, the smoothness and flatness of the焊接 area must be adjusted. Only after achieving a smooth and even surface can the next step in the workflow be carried out.
5. Surface Painting/Polishing:
Stainless steel polishing first smooths the welds and parts with an abrasive wheel, then polishes using a soft sanding wheel (cloth wheel). Apply polishing compound during the polishing process to enhance lubrication, resulting in a brighter finish that offers a pleasing visual appeal. Next, according to specifications, the piece is painted or proceeds to the polishing stage, followed by a visual inspection for defects such as leaky welds, insufficient welding, uneven weld bead depth, excessive deviation from the seam, local dents, uneven joints, deep scratches, abrasions, or severe deformation that cannot be corrected in this process. If any of these defects are present, the piece should be returned to the previous stage. If there are no defects, proceed with the polishing. Polishing and finishing of stainless steel sculptures requires three steps: coarse grinding, semi-finishing, and finishing.
6. After-Sales Installation
Generally, it is welded for greater durability, meaning the frame of the sculpture itself is welded to the embedded iron on the base, and the structural reinforcing bars are welded below the embedded iron. The length of the reinforcing bars and the size of the embedded iron are determined based on the dimensions of the sculpture. For aesthetic purposes, after the sculpture design is completed, the base is then covered with marble or grass in the landscaping.
