Process DescriptionProcess Description
3D Modeling
Once production is confirmed, review the 3D product modeling to assess the overall appearance and determine if any modifications are needed. This allows for a direct visualization of the final product's proportions and design. Communicate with the client after the initial modeling to discuss any necessary modifications, and continue refining until the client is satisfied.
2. Print 3D Samples
Upon confirmation of the 3D modeling effect, a 3D prototype will be printed to show the client the actual product in a smaller scale. Subsequently, a 1:1 foam model will be produced, and the 1:1 foam modeler will forge and hammer stainless steel to number the product sections on the foam.
3. Stainless Steel Material Forging
Place the stainless steel plate onto the mold, then strike it on the spot. Remove the material according to the different shapes of the mold parts, and strike it intentionally with awareness of its undulations. Bend it while striking, and you can strike any tangible, sturdy object. Then, compare the struck stainless steel plate with the mold; if the shape is correct, it should close completely with the model. Next, weld the struck stainless steel plate from top to bottom, ensuring each connected plate is adjusted against the mold and must be forged while forming. Forging points can also be done before cutting the material. When forging points, use the rounded end of the hammer head to forge uniformly and in a row, with the same width, spacing, and force.
4. Welding Forming
Welding, grinding, and painting. After the forging shape is correct, welding is performed according to work requirements (either electric arc welding or TIG welding). After welding and grinding, the smoothness and flatness of the焊接 area must be adjusted. Only after achieving a smooth and even surface can the next step of the workflow proceed.
5. Surface Painting/Glossing
Stainless steel polishing first involves smoothing the welds and parts with an abrasive wheel, followed by polishing with a soft abrasive wheel (cloth wheel). Polishing work is enhanced with polishing compound to increase lubrication, resulting in a brighter finish and a pleasing visual appeal. Then, according to specifications, paint is applied or the polishing process continues, with a visual inspection for defects such as leaks in the weld, inadequate welding, uneven weld depth, excessive deviation from the seam, local dents, uneven joints, deep scratches, abrasions, and severe deformation that cannot be corrected during this process. If any of these defects are present, the item should be returned to the previous process. If no defects are found, proceed with the polishing operation. Polishing and finishing of stainless steel sculptures requires three steps: coarse grinding, semi-finishing, and fine grinding.
6. After-Sales Installation
Generally for welding, quite sturdy; the skeletal structure of the sculpture itself is welded to the embedded iron on the base, and structural reinforcing bars are welded beneath the embedded iron. The length of the reinforcing bars and the size of the embedded iron are determined based on the sculpture's dimensions. To enhance aesthetics, after the sculpture design is completed, the base is covered with marble or grass for the installation environment.

During production, we will regularly confirm progress and feedback with the client to ensure timely communication and resolution.
4. Upon completion of the product, the buyer confirms no issues and then pays the remaining balance to arrange shipment.
5. Customers with installation requirements should receive the remaining payment, confirm the on-site installation conditions, and arrange for delivery and installation.
