Standard Printing Paper for Tote Bags:
White Cardboard: Features include sturdiness, thickness, high rigidity, tear resistance, and smoothness. The paper surface is flat. Common thicknesses are 210-300gsm, with 250gsm being widely used. Bags printed with white cardboard offer vibrant colors and excellent paper texture. Additionally, lamination (glossy or matte) enhances your custom order.
Copperplate paper: Characterized by its extremely smooth and flat surface, high brightness, and high smoothness.
Good luster, higher color fidelity, brighter colors, standard thickness
Available in 200g-300g, the copperplate paper printing offers a more realistic and quick-drying effect. Compared to white card stock, it has less stiffness.
Paper, but with better flexibility than white cardstock. It also requires a surface coating (gloss or matte) to be usable.

White kraft paper: Characterized by high tear resistance, good toughness, high strength, stable thickness and color, and consistent quality. In line with national regulations that limit the use of plastic bags in supermarkets and abroad, as well as the trend in countries like Europe and America promoting the use of eco-friendly paper bags, strict control over plastic pollution is being implemented. Plastic bags are being replaced by eco-friendly paper bags, and the market outlook for white kraft paper is promising. Made from pure wood pulp, it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, can be recycled, and has excellent toughness without the need for lamination. It is widely used in the production of eco-friendly tote bags, shopping bags, and more. Common thicknesses range from 120g to 200g, but the paper lacks brightness and luster, making it unsuitable for printing content with excessive ink.

Yellow cowhide kraft paper: Features high tensile strength and high durability. Typically a brownish yellow color, it boasts excellent tear resistance, burst resistance, and dynamic strength, widely used for shopping bags, envelopes, etc. Common thicknesses range from 120g to 300g. Yellow cowhide kraft paper is generally suitable for printing single-color or two-color bags with simple designs.
Black Card Stock: Features include a fine, translucent black paper texture, sturdy and thick, with good fold resistance and a smooth, flat surface. It has good tensile strength and tear resistance. Common thicknesses range from 120g to 350g. Since both sides of the black card stock are black, it is not suitable for printing colored patterns and is ideal for gold, silver, or red foil stamping. The bags produced are also very attractive.
