Mining Coal-Mining Equipment Cable Usage Characteristics and Working Conditions
1. Working Conditions
1.1 Rated working voltage (U0/U) is 0.38/0.66kV, 0.66/1.14kV, and 1.9/3.3 kV respectively.
1.2 The minimum bend radius of the cable is 6 times the diameter of the cable.
1.3 The ground core of the 1.3 cable should be properly grounded.
2. MC and MCP cables feature resistance to mechanical shock and compression.
3. The sheath of MC and MCP cables is flame-retardant, and its performance should comply with the requirements of MT818.2-2009 standard.
4. Cable delivery length:
MC and MCP cable lengths are not less than 100m, with short sections of not less than 40m permissible for delivery. The delivery length of short sections of cable shall not exceed 10% of the total delivery length.
Subject to the agreement between both parties, any length delivery is permitted. The length delivery tolerance is no more than ±0.5%.
Short cables are allowed to be supplied in coils, but each coil should not exceed 80kg in weight, and the coiled cables should be properly packaged.
When coiling the cable onto a drum, it must be rolled in the direction of the arrow on the drum.
