Our self-designed Constant Pressure Time-of-Use Water Supply System builds upon the traditional constant pressure supply by introducing a time-based regulation system. It defines different set pressures based on varying time periods and customer water demand. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly, with a simple interface, and is widely used for both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The配套 gas feeding system is the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous methods: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring no dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller material friction coefficient, material adhesion less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, with each station using 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface and simplified operation.
