Our independently designed Constant Pressure Time-Split Water Supply System introduces a time-regulating module to the existing constant pressure supply. It defines different set pressures based on varying time periods and customer water demand. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered wind feeding automatic control system
The matched gas feeding system represents the most advanced granular material conveying method, distinguishing itself from the previous belt conveyors. It inherits the following advantages of the previous systems: 1. The entire pipeline is sealed, making it more environmentally friendly and ensuring that dust does not contaminate. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying has a smaller friction coefficient between materials, with a material ratio less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented control module, consisting of multiple stations connected through 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system utilizes WINCC for monitoring key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance and features a user-friendly human-machine interface for simpler operation.
