Our independently designed constant-pressure time-sharing water supply system introduces a time-sharing regulation system based on the original constant-pressure water supply. It defines different set pressures according to different time periods and varying water demand from customers. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The配套 gas feeding system is the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous systems: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring dust does not contaminate. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in a longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years or as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller material friction coefficient, material ratio less than 3%, ensuring no pipeline blockage throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, with stations using 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory computer utilizes WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and simpler operation.
