This system is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, with a simple and easy-to-use interface, and is widely used in both residential and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The配套 gas feeding system is the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyors. It retains the following advantages of the previous methods: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection, ensuring no dust pollution. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure <2MPA, resulting in longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller material friction coefficient, material adhesion less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical automatic control system is equipped with our patented control module. The control system consists of multiple stations, utilizing the 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory computer uses WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularly managed for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and simpler operation.
