Our independently designed Constant Pressure Time-Split Water Supply system introduces a time-regulating module to the existing constant pressure supply. It defines different set pressures based on varying time periods and customer water usage demands. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and user-friendly, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The配套 gas feeding system is the most advanced particle material conveying method, distinguishing from the previous belt conveyors. It possesses the following advantages over the previous ones: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection and dust-free operation. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure < 2MPA, ensuring longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller coefficient of friction, resulting in a material flow rate of less than 3%, and no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, utilizing 200SMART for data exchange with the master station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modular for easier maintenance, with a user-friendly interface and simpler operation.
