Our independently designed constant pressure time-sharing water supply system introduces a time-sharing regulation system to the existing constant pressure supply. It defines different set pressures based on different time periods and varying water demand from customers. This system is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and user-friendly with a simple interface, widely used in both domestic and industrial water supply.
Gas-powered Wind Feeding Automatic Control System
The配套 gas feeding system is currently the most advanced granular material conveying method, distinguishing itself from the previous belt conveyor. It retains the following advantages of the former: 1. Fully sealed pipelines for enhanced environmental protection and dust-free operation. 2. Low-pressure air conveying with pipeline pressure < 2MPA, ensuring a longer pipeline lifespan, with maintenance every 5 years or as needed. 3. Spiral air conveying with a smaller material friction coefficient, material adhesion less than 3%, ensuring no clogging throughout its lifetime.
The electrical self-control system includes our patented material control module. The control system is composed of multiple stations, which use 200SMART for data exchange with the main station. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employs WINCC to monitor key data, including alarms and trends. The system is modularized for easier maintenance, features a user-friendly human-machine interface, and is simpler to operate.
