ISO 14001 certification, full name ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, refers to the competent assessment activity implemented by a third-party certification body based on the ISO 14001 standard. ISO 14001 is a standard issued by **** Organization, being one of the ISO 14000 series standards. It was first published in 1996 and revised by ISO **** Organization in 2004. The latest version is ISO 14001-2015.
I. Requirements for Applying for ISO 14001:
Within one year prior to the application date, have not been penalized by local environmental protection authorities and obtained a certificate of law-abiding conduct.
2. Emissions of pollutants should comply with national or local pollution discharge standards.
3. The products applying for certification are included in the national list of environmental label products that are publicly announced as certifiable.
4. Meets the environmental labeling product standards or technical requirements issued by the country.
5. Capable of regular batch production with stable technical indicators.
6. Establish an environmental label product assurance system.
7. Must have a product quality certification or production license certificate, or a product quality compliance certificate issued by an inspection agency recognized by the provincial or higher standardization administrative authority within one year.
8. Valid environmental monitoring reports, including water, noise, and air quality.
