Counterflow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower, enclosed structure closed circuit cooling tower, spray water and air flow in opposite directions; the low-temperature dry air enters from the bottom of the closed circuit cooling tower, ascending into the coil space where it exchanges heat with the sprayed water in the opposite direction, removing the heat-absorbing evaporated steam. Simultaneously, it conducts heat with the outer shell of the heat exchange tubes, reducing the temperature of the outer shell. Through these two heat exchange methods, the thermal energy is transferred to the outdoor atmosphere, thereby lowering the temperature of the circulating medium inside the tubes.

1. Compact Structure: Compared to crossflow towers, our product has a more compact structure, offering more surface area for coil heat exchange, making it ideal for cooling projects with smaller temperature differences and higher flow rates.

2. Overall System: Due to the smaller footprint of the cooling tower, combined with the addition of a circulating pump, it can be made into an integrated unit, convenient for mobility.
3. Application Scope: Blast furnaces, converters, crystalline water, etc., in the steel metallurgy industry; foundry industry; chemical, petroleum, and other heavy industries. Generally, this method is used due to its large flow handling capacity, low resistance, simple structure, and convenient maintenance.
