
The ZDY series hard toothed gear reducer is a power transmission mechanism that uses a gear speed reducer to reduce the motor's rotation speed to the desired level and achieve a higher torque. The ZDY series cylindrical gear reducer is a relatively precise mechanical device, its purpose being to decrease the speed and increase the torque.
Features
Small in size, light in weight, high in precision, large in load-bearing capacity, high in efficiency, long service life, high reliability, smooth transmission, and low noise.
(2) Gears are made of alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with a surface hardness of HRC 54-62.
(3) The center distance and nominal transmission ratio, along with other key parameters, have been optimized for design, ensuring good interchangeability among major components.
(4) Generally, oil bath lubrication and natural cooling are used. When the heat power is insufficient, recirculating oil lubrication or a fan, and cooling coil cooling can be employed.
Application Scope
(1) General input speed n, ≤1500r/min ZDY reducer, ZDY hard tooth surface reducer, ZDY reducer
(2) Widely applicable in industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemicals, building materials, lifting, transportation, textiles, papermaking, instruments, plastics, rubber, construction machinery, and energy.
(3) Gear transmission circumferential speed does not exceed 20 meters per second.
(4) Working Environment: -40~50°C; if below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated above 0°C before operation. This reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
