The DCY hard tooth surface reducer features tooth surfaces made of low-carbon alloy steel, hardened and ground to shape, offering advantages such as high load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, reliable operation, and long service life. It is widely used in industries including metallurgy, mining, transportation, cement, construction, chemical textiles, and light industry.
The working conditions should meet the following requirements:
The high-speed shaft speed does not exceed 1500 rpm; the circumferential speed of the reducer gear drive does not exceed 20 m/s; the operating temperature of the reducer is between -40°C and +45°C. When the operating temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil must be heated above 0°C before startup. When the operating temperature is above 45°C, heat insulation and cooling measures must be taken.
