DBY reducer, DBY gear reducer, DBY reducer motor, DBY hard-faced reducer, DBY cone-cylinder gear reducer. These are designed for transmission systems where the input and output shafts are vertically arranged. Primarily used in belt conveyors and various transportation machinery, they are also applicable in drive mechanisms of general-purpose machinery across industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, construction materials, light industry, and petrochemicals.
The DBY type reducers come in 15 different specifications with nominal center distances of: 160, 180, 200, 224, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630, 710, and 800mm. Each specification features 11 different ratios (16, 18, 20, 22.4, 25, 28, 31.5, 35.5, 40, 45, 50), two directions of rotation, and six assembly styles.
The high-speed stage features bevel gears, while the medium and low-speed stages are equipped with cylindrical gears. This reducer boasts high load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise, compact size, and long service life. It is suitable for power transmission systems where the input and output shafts are arranged vertically, such as belt conveyors and various transportation machinery. It can also be used in the transmission systems of general-purpose machinery across various industries, including coal, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, building materials, light industry, and petrochemicals. The operating conditions are as follows:
Gear peripheral speed ≤ 20 m/s
2. Input shaft speed ≤ 1500 rpm;
3. Operating temperature range: -40~45°C. When the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be heated to 10°C prior to start-up.
