High-strength shrinkage-free grouting material features
1. Flowability is greater than or equal to 300mm, allowing for even distribution and free flow after casting. 2. Self-sealing with good fluidity; does not leak water or segregate, no need for vibration; can fill the grouting area with its own weight. 3. Early high strength with high early strength: 1d strength ≥ 30MPa, 3d strength ≥ 50MPa, 28d strength ≥ 60MPa. 4. High-strength non-shrink grouting material recommended dosage
Based on a reference dosage calculation of 2.2 to 2.4 t/m3, calculate the actual usage. It is because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding the strength achievable with cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing that it is called high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material. There are different models of grouting materials, such as CGM, HGM, etc., which are determined according to the standards of various architectural research institutes. They do not represent the quality of the product. Specific usage requires testing.
High-strength shrinkage-free grouting material application steps
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and curing materials. Clean the grouting space and pre-wet the concrete surface.
2. Set up the molds and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to prevent leaks and grout seepage.
3. Add water to the grout material at a rate of 12-15% of its weight, and mix (using mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, or hand mixing for over 5 minutes).
4. Pour the well-mixed grout material into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods to guide the flow if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the mold.
5. After completion, immediately cover with plastic film and place straw mats or cotton blankets for moisture curing for 3-7 days.
6. Use at temperatures between -10℃ and 40℃. Strictly prohibited from adding any admixtures or external materials to the grout.
