Product Description
CGM ultra-fine cement grouting material is a new generation of inorganic rigid ultra-fine grouting material, meticulously refined from high-strength ultra-fine cement, expansive agents, slag, and various other additives using special equipment.
I. Product Advantages
1. Non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting to groundwater and the environment, it is an environmentally friendly grouting material.
2. The slurry cures without shrinkage, boasts high stone strength, excellent durability, no aging, and good anti-seepage performance.
3. The slurry has good fluidity, with a specific surface area of over 800 m²/kg and an average particle size below 5 μm, thus offering high stability and injectability.
4. Slurry Setting Time: adjustable according to engineering requirements.
5. The slurry construction process is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for large-scale use.
Section II: Application Scope
Grouting of dam body and foundation cracks in hydraulic engineering projects.
2. Constructed waterproof curtain for underground, intercepting water seepage sources, and achieving overall seepage and leak prevention.
3. Reinforce and enhance the mechanical strength of soft soil and rock, repair concrete structures, and restore their integrity.
4. Correct cracking and tilting in dams and high-rise buildings caused by uneven settlement due to unstable strata.
5. Grouting reinforcement for ground settlement beneath highways, bridges, airport runways, etc.
6. Pre-treatment for excavation of various underground structures and engineering services such as hole protection and wall stabilization during geological drilling in complex stratified formations, as well as stopping water gush and leakage.
7. Sand stabilization in complex strata and consolidation of clayey soil layers.
Section 3: Technical Specifications
1. The physical properties of the grouting material (measured at 21℃) can be processed into ultra-fine cement grouting material according to the customer's special requirements.
2. The strength ratio of the paste of grouting material under different water-cement ratios. Just like cement, the fluidity and permeability of the grouting material increase with the increase in water-cement ratio, but the setting time extends and the strength decreases with the increase in water-cement ratio. Therefore, to meet construction requirements, the water-cement ratio should be minimized as much as possible.
Section 4: Packaging and Storage
Packaged in plastic woven bags, net weight 25 kg per bag, shelf life 6 months.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated room; keep bags sealed to prevent moisture and freezing.
V. Instructions for Use
1. For different gap sizes, soil and geological conditions, grouting foundation requirements, and strength specifications, determine the appropriate water-cement ratio (typically ranging from 0.5 to 4.0 for grout), mix it with an electric mixer until uniform, and then pour the slurry into the grouting barrel.
2. Connect and secure the feeding nozzle of the grouting machine to the grouting nozzle previously mounted on the foundation. Power on the grouting machine, open the valve to start grouting. Control the grouting pressure within a certain range (usually between 0.1-0.5 MPa). The required grouting pressure varies depending on the foundation conditions and water-cement ratio. Excessive pressure may cause cracking during grouting, preventing even penetration. Insufficient pressure may not penetrate into fine spaces.
3. Close the grouting holes after the grouting is completed.
4. When the grouting area is large, segmented grouting can be adopted.
Six, Precautions
The material must be mixed with a high-speed mixer (1500 rpm) for at least 5 minutes. During the casting process, a low-speed mixer should also be used to prevent settlement.
2. Ultra-fine cement grout is a grouting material based on cement. During use, wear gloves, protective eyewear, and a dust mask, and wear a work uniform to prevent eye and skin burns. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor; if accidentally ingested, drink plenty of water immediately and seek medical advice.
