IV. Construction Method:
One. Prior to use, it is necessary to conduct a trial mix with cement to determine the dosage ratio. - The mixing ratio is:Mixed inside10.0%Adjustable internal admixture amountWater-to-adhesive ratio0.26~0.28%。
2. Stirring: Use a high-speed mechanical stirrer with a speed of not less than 1000 rpm/min. The stirring sequence is as follows: first add water to the corresponding mark, turn on the stirrer, evenly add the slurry agent, then add the cement evenly, and after all the powdered materials are added, stir for 3-5 minutes before pressing the slurry.
Section 3: After mixing, the slurry should be pressed as soon as possible, using the usual pressing method.
Four. Clean, use water to clean all construction tools and equipment.
