Guangdong Shijia Gujian Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., ultra-fine cement grouting material, with excellent fluidity of the slurry and a specific surface area of over 800㎡/kg, an average particle size below 5μm, thus offering high stability and injectability. CGM Ultra-fine Cement Grouting Material
Product Description:
CGM ultra-fine cement grout is a new generation of inorganic rigid ultra-fine grouting material, meticulously prepared from high-strength ultra-fine cement, expansive agents, slag, and various additives using special equipment.
I. Product Advantages:
1. Non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly, causing no pollution to groundwater and the environment, this is an eco-friendly grouting material.
2. The slurry has no shrinkage during solidification, high stone strength, excellent durability, no aging, and good impermeability.
3. The slurry has excellent fluidity, with a specific surface area of over 800 m²/kg and an average particle size below 5 μm, thus offering high stability and injectability.
4. Viscosity Solidification Time: adjustable according to engineering requirements.
5. The slurry construction process is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for large-scale use.
II. Application Scope:
1. Grouting of dam body and foundation cracks in hydraulic engineering projects
2. Construct underground waterproof curtains, intercept water sources of seepage, and achieve overall anti-seepage and leakage sealing.
3. Reinforce and enhance the mechanical strength of soft soil and rock, repair concrete structures, and restore their integrity.
4. Correct cracking and tilting in dams and high-rise buildings caused by uneven settlement due to unstable strata.
5. Grouting reinforcement for subgrade settlement under highways, bridges, airport runways, etc.
6. Pre-treatment for excavation of various underground structures and engineering services such as wall stabilization, prevention of water gushing, and leak plugging during complex stratum drilling operations.
7. Sand consolidation in complex strata and silt soil layer stabilization.
III. Technical Specifications:
1. Physical properties of the grouting material (measured at 21℃) can be processed into ultra-fine cement grouting material according to customer's special requirements.
2. The strength ratio of the paste of grouting material under different water-cement ratios is similar to that of cement. The fluidity and permeability of the grouting material increase with the increase of the water-cement ratio, but the setting time extends and the strength decreases with the increase of the water-cement ratio. Therefore, under the premise of meeting the construction requirements, the water-cement ratio should be minimized as much as possible.
Four: Packaging and Storage:
Packaging: 40 kg per bag, shelf life 6 months
Store in a dry, well-ventilated room. Keep bags sealed to prevent moisture and freezing.
V. Usage Instructions:
1. For different space sizes, soil and geological conditions, foundation grouting requirements, and strength indicators, determine the appropriate water-cement ratio (contact manufacturer for water quantity), mix using an electric mixer until uniform, and then pour the slurry into the injection barrel.
2. Align and secure the injection nozzle of the pump with the pre-fixed injection nozzle on the foundation, connect the injection power supply, open the valve to start the grouting process. Control the grouting pressure within a certain range (usually between 0.1-0.5 MPa). The required grouting pressure varies depending on the foundation conditions and water-cement ratio. Excessive pressure may cause cracking grouting and uneven penetration. Insufficient pressure may not penetrate into small spaces.
3. Seal the grouting holes after the grouting is completed.
4. For larger grouting areas, segmented grouting can be employed.
Six, Cautionary Notes:
1. The material must be mixed with a high-speed mixer (1500 rpm) for at least 5 minutes. During the casting process, a low-speed mixer should also be used to prevent settling.
2. Ultra-fine cement grouting material is a grouting material based on cement. During use, wear gloves, protective goggles, dust masks, and work clothes to prevent eye and skin burns. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately and consult a doctor; if accidentally ingested, drink plenty of water immediately and consult a doctor.
