Construction Method:
1. Install the bearing at the bottom of the beam, ensuring the centerline of the bearing aligns with the centerline of the beam's bottom plate, with no deviation exceeding 0.5mm. Tighten the bearing bolts sequentially, aiming for consistent tightness among all bolts; upon completion, there should be no gap between the bearing and the beam's support plate.
2. Install the base bolt into the base bolt hole of the support, with the bolt extending 0.25 times the bolt diameter beyond the nut. Tighten the nut and sleeve bolt to prevent leakage at the junction where the sleeve bolt combines with the bottom surface of the support.
3. Mark the longitudinal and lateral symmetrical support centerlines on the support padstone. Roughen the surface of the support padstone, clear away debris left in the foot bolt holes, and saturate the surface of the support padstone with water but ensure no standing water during construction. Then, lay a 20-30mm thick M50 rigid and non-shrinking mortar (i.e., CGM high-strength mortar) on the top of the support padstone, compact it well, and ensure a level surface. Pay attention to the mortar elevation, considering the compression of the mortar after the beam is lowered. Clear away debris in the foot bolt holes and, within 30 minutes before the beam is positioned, pour CGM320 ultra-early-strength support grouting material into the foot bolt holes to 15mm below the top of the support padstone.
4. The slurry should be mixed at a ratio of 1 part powder to 0.13 parts water (by weight). First, add the water to the mixing drum, then gradually add the weighed slurry, while continuously mixing with an electric drill mixer until all the powder is added. Continue mixing for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure the slurry is well blended. The mixed slurry should be poured within 25 minutes.
5. During beam placement, ensure the centerline of the support is aligned with the longitudinal and transverse symmetry centerlines of the bedding stone top support. After the beam is set, promptly carry out maintenance on the CGM high-strength mortar.
6. After the grouting material in the foot bolt holes reaches the specified strength, tighten the foot bolts, remove the temporary support connection plate, and install the support sealing board.
