High-Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material Product Features
1. Flowability exceeds or equals 300mm, allowing for even distribution and free flow after casting. 2. Self-sealing with good fluidity, it does not leak water or segregate, does not require vibration, and can fill the grouting area by its own weight. 3. High-strength non-shrink grouting material recommended dosage
Based on the reference dosage calculation of 2.2~2.4t/m3, calculate the actual usage amount. It is precisely because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding the strength achievable with cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing that it is termed as high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material. Grouting materials come in different types, such as CGM, HGM, etc., which are determined according to standards set by various architectural research institutes. They do not represent the quality of the product, and specific usage should be determined through testing.

High-strength non-shrink grout application steps
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and curing materials. Clean the grouting space and moisten the concrete surface in advance. 2. Set up molds and seal the connections with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage of water or grout. 3. Add water at 12-15% of the grouting material weight and mix it (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, hand mixing for more than 5 minutes). 4. Pour the well-mixed grouting material into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the molds. 5. After completion, cover with plastic film immediately and cover with straw mats or cotton blankets for moist curing for 3-7 days. 6. Use within a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C. Strictly prohibit adding any admixtures or foreign materials to the grouting material.
Unit Dosage: Approximately 2200 kg/m3. Note: The national standard specification for grouting materials, "GB50448-2008 Technical Specification for Application of Cementitious Grouting Materials," specifies compressive strength according to "GB177-85 Test Method for Compressive Strength of Cement Paste and Aggregate Mixture."
