Runfeng 130 Type Disc Crusher, High-Spray Drum Hay Crusher, Green Straw and Straw Baling Crusher
Straw Baling Crusher Introduction: Mainly used for crushing agricultural straw, such as wheat straw, peanut vines, sweet potato vines, tobacco stems, cotton stalks, soybean straw, corn stalks, forage, seaweed, and branches into bundles, stacks, or heaps. The baling crusher directly feeds tied or bundled materials into a cutting rotor to crush them. The machine uses rotating blades to chop the material, offering high output and the ability to process both fresh and dry materials. The machine's output can be customized according to user requirements. The baling crusher consists of a frame, a cutting rotor, a feeding device, and an overload protection mechanism. The machine is designed for rational simplicity, durability, and low risk of damage. The cutting rotor blades are sharp, and the blade pairing is versatile.

Disc Granulator Overview/Performance
1. The base for the installation must be sturdy and level to prevent uneven stress on the structure that could lead to cracking.
2. Before starting the test run, it is essential to check that all bolts are properly tightened and that the belt pulley turns smoothly by hand. Any irregularities should be addressed before proceeding with the test run.
3. The trial run must be conducted with the vehicle unloaded. Rotate the small handwheel during the empty test to check if the regulating mechanism is flexible. Only after half an hour of running unloaded can abnormal phenomena be used.
4. Avoid medium hardness for the broken material to prevent accelerated damage to parts and reduce lifespan.
5. For ease of material discharge, adjust the overall installation height of the machine appropriately during installation.
The Pulverizer features a rational structure, automatic feeding, high yield, and stability. It consists of parts such as the feeding system, crushing system, and cyclone separator. During operation, materials are automatically fed into the pulverizer through the feeding mechanism, entering from the top after being guided by the feeding guide plate to either the left or right side of the crushing chamber. Under the action of high-speed hammer blades and sieve plate friction, the materials are gradually crushed and, due to centrifugal force, pass through the sieve holes and are discharged from the bottom outlet.

The straw chopper is not only suitable for the livestock farming industry but also for feed mills, breweries, lemon factories, food factories, and other raw material crushing applications. The equipment is easy to maintain and operate. Currently, straw choppers are widely used in the livestock industry for crushing green and dried corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, soybean stalks, and other crop and forage materials. The processed material can be adjusted to the desired fineness according to the user's requirements. In poultry farming, the crushed material is convenient for transportation and improves the palatability of the feed, resulting in a more uniform particle size of the finished product.
