A versatile and modern shredder, ideal for crushing straws, cotton stalks, rice straw, alfalfa, peanut shells, cottonseed hulls, and more. This series features a rational, sturdy, reliable structure, easy operation, minimal vibration, and low energy consumption. All parts of the machine are made from durable materials, ensuring long-lasting performance. The machine is equipped with a rolling bearing spindle at one end, driven by an electric motor to rotate the spindle and the turbine mounted on it at high speed. This arrangement creates a rational and compact structure between the turbine and the sieve ring, allowing the material to be tightly abraded and strongly impacted in the rotating air stream. The material is further ground between the blades and the grinding blocks, and then reduced to sizes between 1-50mm through the sieve adjustment. In layman's terms, the material is fed into the machine from the top via a matching feeding mechanism, gradually crushed by the high-speed rotating hammers and the friction of the sieve plate, and then propelled through the 1-50mm sieve holes by centrifugal force, finally being extracted into the Sandleg through the air flow and discharged from the bottom outlet of the Sandleg base.

Large Hay Baler Shredder Performance Features
The machine cuts materials by utilizing the gap between the moving and fixed knives as the rotor rotates at high speed, and the finished product is spun out by centrifugal force. It is mainly suitable for large farms, biomass power plants, ponds, and biomass fuel factories.
Large straw shredder, designed by our company based on the absorption of similar foreign products and customer feedback. This shredder features an ingenious design, breaking conventional manufacturing, resulting in nearly double the粉碎 degree and production efficiency compared to ordinary machines. The series of products has completely changed the simple blade cutting principle of previous forage choppers, transforming the material into uniformly sized, soft, fine strips through physical actions such as cutting, knocking, kneading, and rubbing. Additionally, it includes an automatic feeding and unloading mechanism to prevent clogging and uneven feeding. The straw shredder is mainly used for chopping and processing crop straw, branches, and other plant straw, and can also be used for chopping and processing crop straw and forage.
The Pulverizer features a rational structure, automatic feeding, high yield, and stability. It consists of parts such as the feeding system, crushing system, and cyclone separator. When the automatic feeding system captures and feeds material into the pulverizer, the material enters through the top of the machine via the feeding mechanism matched with the machine. Guided by the feeding guide plate, it enters the crushing chamber from either the left or right side. Under the impact of high-speed hammer blades and the friction of sieve plates, the material is gradually crushed and, due to centrifugal force, passes through the sieve holes and is discharged from the bottom outlet.
Once crushed, straw can be utilized in the livestock farming industry as well as in feed mills, breweries, lemon factories, and food factories for raw material crushing. The equipment is easy to maintain and operate. Straw crushers are currently widely used in the livestock industry, capable of crushing green, dried corn straw, wheat straw, rice straw, soybean straw, and various crop straws and forage. The processed material can be adjusted to the desired fineness according to the user's requirements. In poultry farming, the crushed material is convenient for transportation and enhances the palatability of animal feed, resulting in a more uniform particle size of the finished product.
