A multi-functional and innovative shredder, ideal for processing straw, cotton stalks, rice straw, alfalfa, peanut shells, cotton seed hulls, and more. This series features a rational, sturdy, reliable, and easy-to-operate design with minimal vibration and low energy consumption. All parts are made of high-quality materials, ensuring the machine's durability. The machine is equipped with a rolling bearing main shaft at one end, driven by an electric motor to rotate the shaft and the turbo at high speed. This arrangement creates a compact structure between the turbo and the screen ring's grinding blocks, allowing the material to be tightly abraded and strongly impact-milled in the rotating air stream. The material is further milled between the blades and grinding blocks, and then reduced to sizes between 1-50mm through the screen adjustment. In simpler terms, the material is fed from the top through a matching feeding mechanism, gradually shredded by the high-speed rotating hammers and screen plate friction, and then, under the force of centrifugal force, passes through the 1-50mm screen holes and is extracted into the Sandlock by the fan, exiting through the discharge port at the bottom of the Sandlock.

Large Hay Baler Shredder Performance Features
The machine cuts materials by utilizing the gap between the moving and fixed knives as the rotor spins at high speed, and the finished product is spun out by centrifugal force. Mainly suitable for large farms, biomass power plants, ponds, and biomass fuel plants.
Large straw shredder, designed by our company based on the absorption of similar foreign products and customer feedback. This shredder features an ingenious design, breaking the conventional manufacturing, resulting in nearly double the粉碎 degree and production efficiency compared to ordinary machines. The series has entirely changed the simple blade cutting principle of traditional forage cutters, utilizing physical actions such as chopping, knocking, kneading, and rubbing to transform the material into uniformly long, soft, and finely shredded strips. Additionally, it incorporates automatic feeding and discharge systems, preventing clogging and uneven feeding. The straw shredder is mainly used for the chopping and processing of crop straws, branches, and other plant straws, as well as for the chopping of crop straws and forage.
The crusher features a reasonable structure, automatic feeding, high yield, and stability. It is composed of parts such as the feeding system, crushing system, and cyclone separator. When the automatic feeding system captures and feeds material into the crusher, the material enters through the top of the machine via the feeding mechanism that matches the machine. It is guided by the feeding guide plate to enter the crushing chamber from either the left or right. Under the action of high-speed hammer blades and sieve plate friction, the material is gradually crushed and, under the influence of centrifugal force, passes through the sieve holes and is discharged from the bottom outlet.
After crushing, straw can be utilized in the livestock breeding industry, as well as in feed mills, breweries, lemon factories, food factories, and other raw material crushing applications. The equipment is easy to maintain and operate. Straw crushers are currently widely used in the livestock industry, capable of crushing green, dried corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, soybean straw, and other crop straw and forage. The processed material can be adjusted to the desired fineness according to the user's requirements. In poultry breeding, the crushed material is convenient for transportation and enhances the palatability of animal feed, resulting in a more uniform particle size of the finished product.
