Polyethylene Double-Sided Antirust Adhesive TapeT400

Polyethylene double-sided adhesive corrosion-resistant inner tape is a new member of the corrosion-resistant tape system. It is a strip-like corrosion-resistant material made by high-performance polyethylene film as the base material, with both sides bonded under high pressure and heat with high-performance butyl rubber. It can be applied cold, offering convenient installation and no pollution, making it one of the preferred corrosion-resistant systems for external pipeline protection.

This anti-corrosion inner belt overcomes the common drawback of weak adhesion to the outer belt, allowing the outer belt to bond tightly to the inner belt through the high-performance anti-corrosion butyl rubber on the inner belt. Even under severe tension, the outer belt will not separate from the inner belt, thereby providing both protection and anti-corrosion functions to the outer belt, significantly enhancing the anti-corrosion effectiveness.

Primarily used for the anti-corrosion protection of the external surface of buried steel pipelines for oil and gas transmission, chemical industry, urban construction, water supply and drainage, and gas supply.
